SEPT 2024 TENANCY TAKE OVER

Looking for someone to take over my tenancy in Europa Liverpool Student Accommodation FOR THE NEXT ACADEMIC YEAR SEPT 2024 Tenancy is from 7th September 2024 - 11th July 2024 (44 weeks) £114 per week with ALL bills included Lower Ground floor EN-SUITE room (PRIVATE BATHROOM!!) Shared kitchen with 3-4 other flatmates. Really close to city centre, LJMU and UOL buildings!
