Room Available Smithdown
Hi, I am looking for someone to take a room for next year- its a 6 person house in Smithdown (Lidderdale Road) right next to the Brookehouse, 2 guys and 3 girls. Its been newly refurbished and close to public transport as well as supermarkets and bars. I am taking an internship position next year and can sadly no longer live in the area. 131/week with bills included with washing machine and dryer, cable TV and individual TV's.
