Looking for a replacement tenant
I'm looking for a replacement tenant starting in July in a house with 2 girls and 1 boy. They do a mix of medicine, optometry and geography and are going into third year. It's a really modern house and the flatmates are super friendly and don't party much. The room is on the bottom floor and has a double bed and a desk. It's in the Smithdown area and on a really quiet street Rent is £130 per week and the deposit would be £250. All the bills are included.
