In need of a tenancy taken over - £115pw
Hi, I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy. It’s a 6 bedroom house share in Kensington. £115 pw bills included. It’s a 52 week contract and the summer is only half rent with the first rent payment due in September. The house contains 3 bathrooms, 6 bedrooms, 1 lounge, 1 kitchen with 2 fridges and 2 freezers. There is also a small backyard. The house consists of 4 females and 1 male. The house is rented through accomod8.
