4 bed House In Kensington Liverpool
Hi, my name is Jordan. I am looking for one more student to share a four-bed student house in Kensington. Currently, there are two girls and I. The move-in date is the 16th of September, and the rent is £440 per month. The house is really nice and has a shared bathroom, a shared kitchen and four bedrooms, 2 large bedrooms, both at the front of the house on the ground and first floor. There are also 2 smaller bedrooms upstairs. The room available is the middle, smaller room on the 1st floor. Each room has storage, a wardrobe, a desk, a chair, a chest of drawers and most importantly, a bed. I have a pet rabbit who will be living with us, along with two cats from another tenant, which has been approved by the landlord. Looking for people who are down to earth, love to socialise, and like to have a laugh.
