Urgent Tenancy Takeover!!!
Hi everyone, I really need urgent help. I was staying at Cambridge Court, but I moved to a new accommodation today. However, they told me that if I can't find another student to take over my room, I’ll have to pay the full rent myself. I’ve already paid for my new accommodation today, so I really can’t afford to pay double rent. If you know anyone who’s looking for a place to stay, or if you could ask around among your friends, I’d really appreciate it. This is quite urgent. Its so close to Liverpool Universitys 5-10 min walk. at Block F, Flat 96, Room 2, Cambridge Court, 2a Cambridge Court, Cambridge Street, Liverpool, L7 7JB. 144.90 per week 39 weeks contract lovely 2 flatmates (female) its urgent!!!
