The property benefits from secure fob entry with intercom to every room, CCTV, exellent wi-fi (100mbps download/10mbps upload), all inclusive bills and is well managed with daily bin removals and cleaners once a week. We are located at the top end of Bold Street which is one of the most historic shopping streets in Liverpool, its home to some of the most popular and iconic coffee shops, bars and vintage boutiques. Its also within a short distance to major university campuses within the city centre, including University of Liverpool, LJMU and LIPA. We are now a well established student accommodation and have improved every year. We have great feedback from our previous tenants and We strive to continue improving our services to ensure all of our students have the best possible experience.
Each student has their own individual contract. To extend (before or after) your 43 week contract we charge half price rent for as long or as short as you like. However, if you enjoy your stay with us and have booked the following academic year (which most people do), you will keep the keys and have the whole summer for free.
