Double room in Kensington
Hi, I'm advertising my room as my circumstances have changed and sadly I can no longer move in. It was £550pcm inc. bills but has been reduced to £520pcm including all bills. Available NOW for academic year 2025-2026. All viewings etc. will be dealt with by the letting agent, Address Properties, rather than me. You'll be sharing with two creative second-year male students: one studying Music at UOL and one studying Film at LJMU. Both play the guitar, collect vinyl records and love going to gigs, pubs, pub quizzes etc. They're both a good laugh, keep communal areas tidy and are generally great to live with! It's a double room in a mid-terraced house in Kensington, a 5-minute walk from the bus stop, near shops and supermarkets and about 1.5 miles from both LJMU and Liverpool Uni. Nice condition and modern decor. Open plan living area with sofa, TV, modern kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, washing machine, bright tiles and a breakfast bar.
