URGENT TENANCY TAKEOVER! Hey! I’m looking for someone to take over my tenancy in The Lantern! Due to personal reasons i’m having to change accommodations and university! Tenancy information: Studio Flat - Has own kitchen, hob, oven, fridge-freezer and plenty of cupboard space. - Small Double Bed - Plenty of Storage Spaces - Underbed Storage - TV with Netflix, Disney+, Prime Video and more included - 51 Week Contract - Rent is paid up until 7th October (Next Payment due on the 7th) and then there will be one payment in January and one payment in April. - STUDENT ONLY - ALL BILLS INCLUDED - City Centre Location - Less than a Minute Walk to Lime Street Station Room should be ready for Takeover from Sunday 21st THIS WEEK!!!
