Room type: Gold Suite (private studio with en-suite, kitchen, and study area) Location: Limelight, 48 Islington, Liverpool L3 8LH (5–10 min walk to LJMU & University of Liverpool) Rent: £269 per week Contract: 44-week tenancy (13 September 2025 – 18 July 2026) Included: All bills, Wi-Fi, contents insurance Facilities: Gym, cinema room, study spaces, and social areas You’ll be taking over my tenancy through Prestige Student Living, so everything will be official and secure.
