Tenancy takeover - Grand Central

Hi, I'm leaving my accommodation at Grand Central and need someone to take over my tenancy. If anyone is looking to move into student accommodation in Liverpool city centre or into Grand Central, please let me know. The room is an en-suite on a quiet floor. The room is right next to Lime Street station and the City Centre, and the other tenants are extremely friendly and welcoming.
