Tenancy takeover- Student home at St. Andrew's Gardens, Liverpool

Hi, I am looking for a replacement tenant for my accommodation at St. Andrew's Gardens, Liverpool. The rent is £99 per week, all amenities included (WiFi, electricity and water). The accomodation is within ~15 min walking distance to all the major universities.
