Looking for housemates for 2026 school year

Hi everyone! I know its a bit early for this but I'm looking for 3 roommates to share a 4 bedroom house with. The house is located right next to the The Children's Play Area Jubilee Sports Bank Park. Its a 4 bedroom house with 2 bathrooms. I have 2 cats so I am looking for people who would be alight living with them. Rent is 90 pound a week and the lease would start in September.
