Spare Room Available – Liverpool (Student Tenancy Takeover)
Hi, I’m Emma. I’m leaving uni and need someone to take over my tenancy at Urban Sleep (student private accommodation). Contract runs until 12 June 2026, and Urban Sleep can extend it if you need a longer stay. All paperwork is handled directly by them. About the Room / Flat Ensuite room in a 3-bed flat (one male, one female flatmate — tidy, friendly, respectful) £159/week, all bills included Double bed, large shower, plenty of storage Shared kitchen + living room with flat-screen TV Loads of fridge space Corner room on 5th floor with amazing sunrise/sunset views from my windows Very quiet + friendly neighbours Bedford House, Myrtle Parade — 5-minute walk to campus Payments / Tenancy Details Urban Sleep handles the tenancy transfer. The instalments for the contract are split across Sept, Jan, and April. I’ve already paid the Sept instalment, which covers rent up to 6 January 2026, so if you move in soon, you'd have a month or so of rent already paid for. The new tenant would pick up the January and April instalments, unless you prefer something different — Urban Sleep allows flexibility.
