Looking for two tenants for tenancy takeover

For those interested, we're looking for two tenants to replace us at a 5-person house in Kensington Fields. Bills included, wonderful kitchen with a gas hob, and two bathrooms (the two new tenants would take over the unused bathroom). Washer and dryer included in the basement.
