Premium En-Suite Room at Paddington Park House, Liverpool, L7 3RG Move-in date: 10/04/2026 Tenancy end date: 29/08/2026 Rent: £124 per week, paid in instalments One month free. The final instalment is due on 02/05/2026, and part of the remaining rent has already been paid by me. This means the new tenant effectively gets approximately one month rent-free.
