Hi, I’m leaving Liverpool for the remainder of the academic year and am looking for a replacement tenant. Premium En-Suite Room at Paddington Park House, Liverpool L7 3RG. Move-in date: 10/04/2026 Tenancy end date: 29/08/2026 Rent: £124 per week, all bills included Rent is paid in instalments One month free. The previous instalment has already been paid by me. The next and final instalment, due on 02/05/2026, covers the entire remaining period of the contract until 29/08/2026. As a result, the new tenant effectively gets approximately one month rent-free.
