Student Hall Tenancy Takeover
FREE RENT PERIOD. I'm looking for a student to take over the tenancy of an en-suite room with a small double bed as soon as possible. The kitchen is shared with 2 others. Rent is £152.00 however you won’t have to pay anything until the 7th of April as that has already been paid for. The tenancy end date is 12th of June 2026. The room is furnished with a desk, wardrobe, shelves and bedside table and has a nice bathroom. Myrtle Street Apartments sits opposite the University of Liverpool’s Central Campus and just a short walk from LJMU campuses.
