Housemate Needed - Kensington

Need a 4th housemate. Currently living in our house is 2 girls + 1 boy and we are looking for 1 more person to take the final room in our house in Kensington. The house is 2 bathroom and there are TVs in all bedrooms. The deposit is £100 and summer rent for July and August is £563.33. Our rent per month is £455 and the house is lovely.
