looking for tenancy takeover for 26/2027 smithdown
hi everyone, I have been offered a study abroad place so am unable to live in the house I have arranged for next year. It is a 3 bed house with shared bathroom, kitchen and living room. £115 per person per week with bills included for a double room. washer and dryer also included. looking for another girl to join, all going into second year at UOL but happy for any girl to take over. it is located 5 minutes walk (less than) from aldi and asda on Smithdown road. 22 minute walk to UOL campus and 40 minute walk to ljmu student life building. if you want to discuss further please contact me :)
