Find a Housemate

Room in a house available for 26/27 in Smithdown
Hi everyone! We are 3 medical students who have signed to stay on in a house in Smithdown 2 min walk from Sefton park looking for a fourth housemate. It's a large house with 4 big bedrooms and a smaller spare room included, big kitchen, separate living room and separate dining room. Utilities include a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, 3 toilets one with a bath and one with a shower. There is also a large garden with decking, a vegetable patch and off-road parking for 2-3 cars. Rent is £140/pppwk with 2 months of half rent and bills included.
