Tenancy takeover from July required
Hi, House of 3 friendly female LJMU students, looking for 4th person- Female preferred to take over a tenancy. House is off Smithdown. L15 £110 pw, half rent in Summer. All bills included for students. Shared bathroom/kitchen/lounge. Clean, tidy and super friendly housemates, Girls like cooking together, chilling, socialising. Lived in town last year and looking forward to the reduced cost and lifestyle this area provides. Pics and video tour available.
