Im going into third year and need a house to live in for next year!! Im clean, social and doing a creative degree at LJMU.

have a room in 3-bed house in Kensington Fields(less than 10 minute walk from UoL campus) with 1 guy and 1 girl. Spacious downstairs bedroom and two bathrooms upstairs, for £115 per week starting in July. Half-rent available for July and August if not moving in until September. if you are interested?

Hi Iris, I'm trying to fill a spot in a 7 bed house on Smithdown Road with 6 other lovely girls at £130 pw, half rent in July and move in as early as 01/08/26. If you're interested at all please let me know. x
