PhD student looking for a flatmate
Hi everyone, My flatmate is moving in with his partner so I have a spare room beginning August. It is a single tenancy agreement and I do not have a gaurantor so I would prefer if you took over the tenancy agreement. However, if you're not ok with this, I'm sure something else can be arranged. Rent is £650pcm and bills range from around £40 per person in summer and £80 per person in winter. The flat is in 2 vine street and there is a balcony.
