�� Room Available – Student House in Liverpool �� 5 Barrington Road, Smithdown Liverpool I’m looking for someone to take over my room in a student house shared with 4 other boys. The house has a friendly, relaxed atmosphere and is made up of a mixture of 2nd and 3rd year university students. �� Rent £545.45 per month, currently paid on the 1st of each month. I’m also open to alternative payment arrangements, such as paying weekly or at another agreed time, if that works better for you. �� Housemates You’ll be living with 4 other male students, with a mixture of 2nd and 3rd years. Everyone is friendly and the house is a good fit for someone looking for a social but comfortable student living environment. �� Interested?
