Tenancy takeover for student house share
Due to a change in circumstances, I am looking for a female student to takeover my tenancy from the start of September for a student house in Kensington Fields on Saxony Road. You would be sharing with three girls who are 2nd/ 3rd years at UOL/ LJMU. The rent is £120 pppw (£520 per month), all bills included (plus TV license), and the deposit is £350. You would get a fully- furnished spacious downstairs bedroom, and you'd have the downstairs bathroom mostly to yourself. The house has 2 bathrooms, both with toilet and shower, and the downstairs one has a bath. There is a small outdoor space at the back of the house.
