Hi! I am looking for a full-time student to take over my complete 2026/27 tenancy for Room 1910 at Horizon Heights. I have not moved into the room. This is an official tenancy takeover arranged through Unite Students, not a private sublet. The replacement tenant will complete the booking directly with Unite Students and pay rent to Unite Students. Room details: • Large Highest Studio • Rare corner room on the 19th floor of a 20-storey building • Two large walls of floor-to-ceiling windows facing north and south-west • South-west-facing sunset views • £280 per week, with bills included • Full 51-week tenancy: 5 September 2026 to 28 August 2027 Location: • Next to Liverpool Lime Street station • Less than one minute from Tesco • Around a 10-minute walk to the University of Liverpool • Close to St Johns Shopping Centre and Liverpool city centre Building facilities include an 18th-floor Sky Lounge and outdoor terrace, cinema room, study spaces, games and social areas, communal kitchen, secure access, CCTV and on-site support.
