Hi! I’m looking for first year undergraduate at the university of Liverpool to take over my accommodation contract at Philharmonic Court, right next to the University of Liverpool. Room: Ensuite Premier Rent: £224.63 per week Contract: 19th September – 19th July Location: Philharmonic Court, Liverpool University: University of Liverpool The room hasn’t been moved into yet, so you’d be getting a completely fresh room. Philharmonic Court is in a really convenient location for the university, city centre and surrounding student areas. I’m looking for someone who would be interested in taking over the contract.
