Hi Will, I saw you’re looking for a room for third year and are open to areas outside Smithdown and Wavertree. I have a furnished private ensuite at The Lantern beside Lime Street for £171 a week, from 5 September 2026 to 27 August 2027. The replacement is handled officially through The Lantern, not as a private sublet. Would the location, dates and budget work for you? I can send you the photos and details.
