Myrtle Street Apartments 3 minute walk from UOL!!!
Hey everyone, So my plans have changed, and I'm actually not going to be able to take up my room this year. I got into a different uni, so I need to find someone to take over my spot instead. It's at 4 Myrtle Parade in Liverpool (Room 34.1, Apartment 034, 3rd floor) a shared apartment setup with your own room but common areas with others. Rent works out at £173 a week, and the contract runs from 11 September 2026 to 16 July 2027. No guarantor needed on my agreement either, which might make things easier if that's normally a hurdle for you. I haven't picked up the keys or moved in at all, so whoever takes it over would be getting it completely fresh, no wear and tear or anything to sort out.
