Tenancy Takeover
Im currently got accommodation at The Lantern. It's a Premium EnSuite with a city View and is on floor 7. The flat is all girls and a mixture of years who are all lovely and very clean. The room is spacious and The Lantern has very good facilities such as a Gym, multiple shared areas which are great for socialising. Ive decided to commute not for any reasons to do with the accommodation but just due to it being better for me. The Lantern have agreed that the Tenancy can be taken over ASAP and I'm able to move out also ASAP.
