En-suite Room Available at Paddington Park House – Liverpool
I have a Standard Ensuite room at Paddington Park House available for tenancy transfer. The room features a comfortable small double bed, desk and chair, private ensuite bathroom and ample storage, with access to a shared kitchen and living space with a breakfast bar. Paddington Park House is approximately a 5-minute walk from the University of Liverpool and around 15 minutes from Liverpool John Moores University. The accommodation has 1Gbps wired internet, laundry facilities, bike storage, CCTV, onsite maintenance, a courtyard and all utility bills included. Tesco, Co-op and a convenience store are also within a short walk, while Liverpool city centre is around 15 minutes away. The rent is £119/week, with the remaining tenancy until 28 August 2027. I am looking for someone to take over the remaining tenancy.
