Prospect Point Gold Studio Tenancy Takeover
Hello, I am looking for someone to take over my tenancy at Prospect Point. It sits just outside the main city center and is only a 10 minute walk to most campuses. Great location if you don't want the noise of pubs or nightclubs. The studio is newly renovated and clean! I have provided a video below from Instagram. My studio does not face London Road or the hospital and is nestled in a quieter block of mostly other studios. The studio is on the 4th floor. The tenancy goes to July 9th 2027. It is very spacious, and two of the windows open for plenty of airflow, and the room is very bright during the day. https://www.instagram.com/reel/DYmUFfxsOAd/?utm_source=ig_web_copy_link&xtok=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==&srtk=MzRlODBiNWFlZA==
