It’s a fantastic accommodation located right in the heart of Liverpool, perfect for students at LJMU, University of Liverpool, or LIPA. About the Accommodation & Room: * Room Type: En-suite room with a private bathroom and shared kitchen/living area. * Location: Excellent location – just a short walk to LJMU city campuses, Lime Street Station, and the city centre. * Rent: £135 per week (all bills included: gas, electricity, water, high-speed Wi-Fi). * Amenities: 24/7 security & CCTV, secure fob access, spacious common room, laundry facilities, outdoor courtyard, and free bike storage. Tenancy Dates: * Available: Immediately * Contract ends: 5th July 2026 Requirements for Tenancy Takeover To take over this tenancy through Unite Students / LSH, you must meet the following criteria: * Student Status: Must be a full-time university student registered at a recognized higher education institution. * Guarantor: A UK-based guarantor is typically required (or alternative options like paying upfront if a UK guarantor is unavailable). * ID & Proof: Valid photo ID (passport/driver’s license) and proof of student status (university acceptance letter or student ID). * Official Process: The takeover must go through the official Unite Students management team to legally transfer the contract into your name.
