When and how do I find somewhere to live for next year?
Properties for the 2016/17 acadmeic year were launched on our website from Monday December 7th 2015. Throughout the year we continue to add more registered properties daily, so be sure to check regularly. You can also sign up for new property alerts when you register online.
You may find your perfect home straight away or even around April/May, but there's no need to panic and rush as we'll be advertising around 16,000 rooms across a range of different types and sizes of property including houses, flats, studios, apartments and private halls.
Our registered landlords/agents ensure they give a commitment to good standards and management of their accommodation, so you can be assured you'll be able to find your perfect home.
Find A Housemate
If you don't know who to live with next year, or are still looking for housemates, don't sweat! Our next Find A Housemate event is at our LSH Office on Wednesday April 13th from 1-3pm. It's an opportunity to meet others in the same position and also get advice from LSH on what to consider before signing your all important contract.
If you still havent found housemates to live with you can also visit our online student message board where a number of students are looking to find housemates and/or students to fill rooms in their student homes.
LSH Housing Fairs!
A large number of our registered landlords, agents and halls providers attended our biggest and busiest ever LSH Housing Fair to date in December at Liverpool Guild of Students, advertising their range of properties for 2016/17. We held a second fair for all students in February at LJMU John Lennon Art and Design Academy and a further fair for Hope Uni students at Hope Students' Union.
